Disinfect the derma stamp by soaking it in 70% isopropyl alcohol for about 10-15 minutes or use a 70% isopropyl alcohol spray. Let it air dry on a clean surface.
Prepare Your Scalp
Part your hair to expose the area you wish to treat.
If you have long hair, consider securing it with clips to avoid tangling or accidental stamping on the hair strands.
Stamping Technique
Hold the derma stamp at a 90-degree angle to your scalp.
Gently press the derma stamp onto the scalp, applying light and even pressure.
Lift the stamp and move it to the next section. Avoid dragging the stamp across the skin to prevent tearing.
Coverage
Work systematically across your scalp, covering all desired areas. Typically, focus on areas where hair thinning or loss is more prominent.
Avoid over-stamping the same area in one session to minimize irritation.
Post-Treatment Care
After stamping, apply a soothing serum or upscalp Hair & Scalp Reviving Serum to enhance absorption and promote healing.
Avoid washing your scalp for at least 24 hours to allow the treatment to penetrate.
Frequency of Use
- Initial Phase: Use the derma stamp once a week. This helps your scalp gradually adapt to the treatment.
- Gradual Increase: If your scalp responds well and shows no signs of excessive irritation, you can increase the frequency to twice a week.
Post-Treatment Care
- Apply upscalp Serum: After each use of the derma stamp, apply the upscalp serum to your scalp. This serum enhances the benefits of the treatment by providing essential nutrients and promoting healing.
- Avoid Washing: Do not wash your scalp for at least 24 hours post-treatment to allow the upscalp serum to be fully absorbed and effective.
